This is how you buy beef to eat. You could get cow (beef with bones) for $.65 per pound, or steak (beef without bones) for $.75 per pound. It wasn't very clean, and the meat was too tough to chew, so we boiled it four 3 hours to get rid of germs and make it tender enough to chew!
