Christmas for these kids. The bags of popcorn balls, candy, and canned chocolate drinks were the only gifts these orphaned children received. When a child came to the hospital sick, if their parent's could not afford to pay the hospital bill, some abandoned the child to grow up in the hospital. Sad.
