Liberia is full of poisonous snakes, in the cities and the country. This snake was found in the third house from mine, and the people had been stoning it. They all stopped so I could take a picture. Then they finished killing it and cooked it for a meal. The snake is either a black cobra or a black mamba, both highly poisonous.
